Swans introduces a very musical speaker with the new Swans D10. It will surely also do well in Home Cinema installations, despite its very slim design because it does not need a subwoofer to make 'big' sound. The basic concept comes from our well-known D2000 model, but was designed for smaller rooms. The D10 also display the well-known developments of the company founder Joe D'Appolito. Two extremely resonance-free Swans M4N full-range chassis with aluminum membrane, provide an extremely fast and accurate voice playback. The flawless 25 mm TN25 silk-dome tweeter provides a natural and pleasant high-range impression. To ensure a seamless transition to the lower frequencies the surprisingly detailed and very fast Swans BG-8N long-throw bass chassis was used. Consequently, in the highly audible frequency ranges the same chassis is used in the rear and center speakers. As with the D2000, the quality of the D10 series is far above what their retail price suggests. Amazing sound and value...
